BREAD OR DEAD, ceramic mini vase
Pigeons evoke extreme emotions in me, just like making this vase ;-) There was a lot of excitement and stress (one exploded during firing).
Hand-formed and glazed vase with my typical joke- I like wordplay and rhymes, which is why the pigeon proudly wears a “BREAD OR DEAD” necklace. The head, neck, and wing tips are covered with mirrors, which gives the effect of a delicate, rainbow glow.
You can use it with or without a slice of bread around its neck. The neck is slightly curved forward, so the flowers will be slightly tilted. Please take this into account when deciding to purchase.

Handmade ceramics should be treated like your best friend—protect them from falling ;-) Of course, ceramics are fired, so they are hard and durable, but they have protruding elements, so you have to be careful with them (because the laws of physics will be merciless if you hit something with the leg or wings/tail).
When you decide to buy, you are choosing a piece of handicraft that is one of a kind. Even if I made 10 such lamps, yours will always be unique.
