Ceramic plate, "Marks"
Handmade ceramic plate made out of light, freckled clay with a warm shade of beige. Covered partly with white glaze and black brush marks. The remaining part reveals the natural clay, so you can see and feel the interesting contrast between the matte, slightly rough clay and the smooth and glossy glaze.
The pattern is irregular and spontaneous, so each plate will be slightly different.
The dishes are dishwasher safe, even if they are not fully glazed. The glaze is decorative, and the firing temperature determines whether the dish will be sealed and dishwasher safe.
Rims slightly raised, about 1 cm.
Temperature used is 1230 degrees Celsius which guarantees ceramics is leak-proof and safe to use.
Handmade ceramics should be treated like a best friend - eat with it, drink with it and protect it from falling ;-) Do not worry though our ceramics can be washed in a dishwasher so its not that fragile.
Dishes are formed by hand, so they will be slightly different from each other and it is possible that you will notice some curves on them, a piece of my soul... and certainly fingerprints ;-) They are just perfectly imperfect ;-) And undoubtedly original and unique.
Glazes used in MONIfaktura do not contain harmful substances and are intended for contact with food.
